Lyman T. Fletcher
Lyman T. Fletcher was Board Certified in Marital and Family Law for 30 years from June 1986 through May 2016. He is a Fellow Emeritus with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Master Emeritus of the Florida Family Law Inns of Court. He began his law practice in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1970 and shortly after, began specializing his practice in Family Law, including interstate child custody, grandparents’ visitation rights, paternity, and domestic relations. He lectured, conducted seminars, and authored articles on all aspects of Marital and Family Law throughout his career. He was City Commissioner and then Mayor of Atlantic Beach, FL, past chairman and board member of Town Center Association, and served as 1st Lt., Intelligence Branch, US Army, 1964-1966.

Michael R. Phillips
Michael R Phillips is a trial attorney who concentrates his Family Law practice on complex divorce cases, child custody, business valuations, and military issues. He is a Barrister and past Jacksonville Executive Committee member of the Florida Family Law Inns of Court. Attorney Phillips is an active member of Rotary International – Beaches Oceanside and Jacksonville Chapter President of the Carolina Alumni Association. He is former Assistant District Legal Counsel for the Florida Department of Children and Families in both St. Johns and Duval Counties in Florida.

Scott R. Ellerin
Scott R. Ellerin has practiced complex Marital and Family law exclusively since being admitted to the bar in 2004. While the majority of his practice has been throughout the North Florida region, he has experience and has litigated cases all throughout the State in his career.
Over the years Mr. Ellerin has represented thousands of clients in thousands of different cases, including a significant number of Trials and Hearings, involving all areas of Marital and Family Law. His experience includes dealing with all manner of major and minor issues in complex and simple Marital and Family law actions. These include complex asset and business/corporation distribution, high asset/net worth divorce, representation of current and retired Professional Athletes, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, Collaborative Divorce, complicated contested time-sharing disputes and Parenting Plans, Relocation, Alimony disputes, Contempt, Child Support, Paternity and Disestablishment, Department of Revenue actions, Domestic Violence Injunctions, and Modifications of Time-Sharing, Alimony, and Child Support. His career has included experience in all areas of Marital and Family law.

Mr. Ellerin received his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. He currently lives in Julington Creek with his Wife and two children. In his downtime, he enjoys hanging out with the family watching football/sports, chauffeuring his son to soccer, relaxing by the pool/grilling out, and consuming history content of all types.
